Teaching
I plan every course using Backwards Design: start from the outcome, not the syllabus. Before writing a single slide, I define what a student should walk away able to do, tiered into Must Know, Good to Know, and May Know — then build assessments to match, then lectures with as much hands-on practice as theory. It’s the same approach, refined through MIT’s Kaufman Teaching Certificate program, whether the room is a batch of IISc PhD students or a Zoom call of 2000+ working professionals building AI skills alongside a full-time job. It held up through the shift online too — interactive polls, pre-reads, and post-lecture handouts kept remote semesters from becoming a hurdle rather than a workaround.

Agentic AI Coding
The way software gets written is changing — AI agents that plan, write, run, and debug code across an entire task, not just autocomplete a line. A hands-on weekend cohort for working professionals who want to build with agentic coding tools, not just use them.
